Commonly Asked Questions

Do we get to pick our design?
Absolutely! Share inspiration images and we’ll collaborate to create your dream picnic.

Can we choose the setup location?
Yes — we welcome new beaches and venues, ensuring each location is safe and logistically feasible. Note that wind or tides may require minor adjustments on the day.

What about weather?
The Oregon Coast is unpredictable. We offer canopies for groups up to 20, but recommend an indoor backup plan for extreme conditions.

Is food included?
Food isn’t included, but we can deliver local charcuterie or cake for an extra fee, or recommend trusted caterers in your area.

Do we need a permit?
Typically not for gatherings under 50 without large structures, but we advise verifying local regulations.
