We’ll have your picnic set up and ready, and will meet you there to make sure everything is perfect. Bring food, or we can arrange delivery. Just show up, relax and enjoy! We’ll come clean it up when you’re done.
The Details
Start by picking a package and contacting us with your date in mind, location desired, and number of people you are wishing to include in your picnic. If it’s a special occasion, let us know!
If you need help with locations, we are happy to suggest some great spots. We have several great private venues that allow for more intimate, private settings and adult alcohol consumption. Additionally, we have partnered with selected wineries in the Rogue Valley to offer exclusive picnic experiences with wine accompaniments. We are also happy to set up at any local park, but please note that no alcohol can be consumed at local parks. If you have a great space in your own home, or a friends house, we love setting up in private homes as well!
Once we decide on a date, we will send you an invoice asking for a deposit of 50% to hold the reservation. The rest of the fee will be due on the day of the picnic, either by paying the invoice ahead of time online, or upon arrival at your picnic.

We do have a seven-day cancellation policy, so we ask that you please give appropriate notice to receive a full refund. After that, we reserve the right to keep your deposit as a credit toward a future booking. Of course, we are very understanding and if you have extenuating circumstances, please let us know and we can work something out.

For any sneaky inclement weather that may come up on the day of your picnic, we am happy to provide a full canopy to cover your picnic, or we can reschedule to the next available time that works for everyone. We can also move the picnic inside if you have an indoor space that would allow for that, because inside picnics are fun too!

Before your picnic, you can take a look at our social media to get a feel for the different styles we offer. We have a boho natural look, a vintage pink look, and a mustard yellow/burnt orange look. We offer many decor variations and can mix and match for a custom look with a combo of colors as well. Let us know what kind of style you are wanting ahead of time — you can be as specific as you want, or just give us a basic idea and we’ll handle the rest.

In addition to low-table pillow seating, we now offer a chair-height table option with beautiful wood chairs. We can currently accommodate up to eight guests. Our chairs are high-quality folding wood chairs and are very comfortable. Available for your picnic at extra cost. Ask us for details!

On the day of your picnic, we will arrive 45-90 minutes early depending on the amount of time required to set everything up which we will coordinate ahead of time with you. We will then leave when you arrive at your picnic and give you two full hours to enjoy your picnic. You are welcome to pay for extra time, just let us know when you book if you would like more than two hours! After the time has elapsed, we will return and handle all the cleanup.

When is a good time to book a picnic?
Any time! But here are a few ideas: date nights, family picnics, bridal showers, baby showers, small work events, anniversaries, proposals, friend gatherings… the list goes on.
What is the cost?

What is included?
Table(s) and all decorations, including pillows and blankets or rugs. Tableware, including silverware, cups, plates and cloth napkins. Two hours of rental time to enjoy, with more available by request. Full setup and cleanup.
Do you offer other seating options?
In addition to low-table pillow seating, we now offer a table-height seating option with a standard-height table and beautiful, high-quality folding wood chairs — at no extra cost. Please ask us for more details.
What if it rains the day of my picnic?
You have several choices:
We can provide a canopy or two full-size outdoor umbrellas for covering for lighter rain.
You can take a rain check for the next available opening as your schedule permits.
We can set up your picnic in an indoor or covered space of your choosing.
Whatever you pick, we will do our best to make sure you enjoy your picnic, and will work with you to make it as comfortable as possible.
What if someone in my party can’t sit on the ground?
No problem! We would be happy to provide a side table and a chair or two at no charge to accommodate. Just let us know ahead of time to prepare for any special requests.
Are there any add-ons I can purchase?
We have a variety of add-ons available! See the full list by selecting a package from our packages page and clicking an individual package.
What do I do at the end of my picnic?
We will provide to-go containers for your use to take any remaining food with you. Otherwise — there’s nothing you need to do! We will clean up everything and pack out any trash, so all you need to do is enjoy your picnic and relax.
What about alcohol?
Due to city park regulations, picnic setups in parks are non-alcoholic. However, if you would like to enjoy an adult beverage at your home or another private venue, you are welcome to! We have a number of private venues available for picnics, as well as partnerships with selected area wineries — inquire for details.
Are you kid-friendly?
Absolutely. As a parent to a toddler, I understand it can be challenging to eat out with littles. Let us know ahead of time and we will include child-friendly tableware and a coloring book for each child — free of charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require seven days’ notice for any cancellations. With that being said, please reach out to us for special circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you serve any other areas beyond the Rogue Valley?
We are happy to travel to you for a fee based on distance and schedule availability — especially for coastal elopements. Please inquire!
