    As the owner of Rogue Picnics & Events, Kelly Hammond brings a wealth of experience and a passion for creating memorable events. Her background in curating large festivals, business events, and intimate gatherings allows her to approach each event with confidence and creativity. Kelly’s vision is to elevate the event experience in southern Oregon, offering unique and personalized services.

    Heather Winner, our assistant, in-house photographer, and social media manager, brings a keen eye for detail and a flair for capturing moments. With a vast inventory of décor and access to local suppliers, we provide customized event design services. Our team works closely with you to understand your vision and source the necessary elements to bring it to life. From lighting and floral arrangements to unique furniture and props, we ensure every detail aligns with your theme.

Day-of Event Coordination - $1,500

  • Up to three personalized meetings to discuss your wedding needs including one venue tour prior to your wedding

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • Full access to my high end planning software program for your budget, seating chart, design, wedding website and more

  • Day-of coordination for up to 12 hours

  • Detailed day-of timeline creation

  • Management of floor plan, layout, decor and tablescapes, and any additional rentals prior to wedding day

  • Communication with vendors

  • Handle logistics including all deliveries, and oversee set up and breakdown of venue

  • Direction of processional

  • Main point of contact for family, guests, and vendors

  • Rehearsal facilitation

  • Emergency kit on-site

Partial Event Planning - $3,000

  • Includes all day-of event coordination

  • Up to two venue tours and meetings as needed during the planning process

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • Comprehensive timeline for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Assistance with design including custom color palette and mood board

  • Full access to my high end planning software program for your budget, seating chart, design, wedding website and more

  • Vendor recommendations and contract review and assistance with any remaining vendor bookings as needed

  • Help facilitate overall placement of design elements

  • Coordination of all wedding details and vendor timelines

Full Event Planning with Design - $4,500

  • Includes all day-of event coordination

  • Unlimited in-person and phone meetings as well as as many venue tours as needed during the planning process

  • Full design vision board creation and implementation

  • Budget planning and management with creation and assistance of realistic budget

  • Assistance with printed materials as needed

  • Vendor recommendations and coordination of all vendors including venue, vendor meetings and contracts

  • Seating chart design and management

  • Full access to my high end planning software program for your budget, seating chart, design, wedding website and more

  • Overall design assistance including design map, color palette and mood board

  • Arrange any meetings with vendors

  • Review vendor contracts and coordinate all wedding details and information and timeline to outside vendors

  • Comprehensive coordination of all vendors and contracts

  • Detailed planning timeline and day-of coordination
