Day-of Event Coordination - $1,000

  • Two personalized meetings to discuss your wedding needs

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • Day-of coordination for up to 10 hours

  • Detailed day-of timeline creation

  • Main point of contact for family, guests, and vendors

  • Rehearsal facilitation

  • Vendor communication and logistics management

  • Emergency kit on-site

Partial Event Planning - $2,000

  • Three meetings up to three months prior, including a venue visit

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • Comprehensive timeline for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception

  • Vendor recommendations and contract review

  • Coordination of all wedding details and vendor timelines

Full Event Planning with Design - $3,500

  • Unlimited in-person and phone meetings, plus two venue meetings

  • Full design vision board creation and implementation

  • Budget planning and management

  • Twice-monthly email check-ins to track progress

  • Comprehensive coordination of all vendors and contracts

  • Detailed planning timeline and day-of coordination
