Our team works closely with you to understand your vision and source the necessary elements to bring it to life. From lighting and floral arrangements to unique furniture and props, we ensure every detail aligns with your theme.

Day-of coordination for up to 12 hours
Detailed day-of timeline creation
Management of floor plan, layout, decor and tablescapes, and any additional rentals prior to wedding day
Communication with vendors
Handle logistics including all deliveries, and oversee set up and breakdown of venue
Direction of processional
Main point of contact for family, guests, and vendors
Rehearsal facilitation

Partial Event Planning - $3,000
